HJN Murphy was born in 1955 and brought up in Wandsworth, London, where he has lived all his life.Writing poetry for 40 years gave expression to his love of words. He was late diagnosed with dyslexia and had to wait 27 years to find out why school was such hell for him.Being an agnostic since the age of nine he developed his own philosophy for life the one which this book leans on heavily.In his own life, he practices small acts of kindness and random acts of goodwill to friends and strangers alike.He recommends that you give it a try for your own wellbeing.
